Design

The product development department is represented by a technical staff composed by highly-skilled industrial designers and engineers who intervene throughout the whole project’s life, from designing stage to installation and commissioning. Moreover, the constant dialogue with the customer is vital, as he represents a continuous source of suggestions
and information enabling SIRMU-MT to design and develop new machines’ models according to the customer’s real needs, placing our products one step forward into the multispindle deep holes drilling machining and turning.

Measuring room

In the advanced testing department with annex the constant-temperature metrology room a coordinate measuring machine was installed, with 4000x2000 mm working area where, together with other sophisticated equipments
and lasers, are checked both the components necessary to build SIRMU-MT machines and the test pieces used to test the machines themselves.

Pre-sale assistance

SIRMU-MT offers to its customers a consultancy and design service that analyses, in cooperation with the customer,
the most suitable solution to satisfy the machining needs, not only conceiving the final product but also assisting the customer from the installation plan development.
Our advising service, through accurate analysis, conceives the most appropriate solutions to satisfy each customer’s requirements and needs, by finding the most appropriate products solutions and configurations.

Post-sale assistance

SIRMU-MT’s post sale assistance is characterized by the extreme attention to the problems that may arise on the machine in any moment of its life. As a matter of fact, we offer to our customers a quick and effective assistance service, also thanks to the Teleservice system available on every model that, through a standard internet connection, allows to connect the machines with the head office for problems’ first real-time diagnostic and possible solution, therefore reducing noticeably the intervention time and the machine standstill.

Training

We offer to our customers machine’s training courses instructed by our highly-skilled technicians, allowing
the customer’s operators to interact with the machine knowing its principal features and the most common
trouble-shooting methods, thus reducing potential machine standstill times.
